Drive Medical Bed Rails

Bed rails serve two different purposes, and it matters which you need: repositioning assistance, or fall prevention.

Half rails give the user something solid to grip when rolling over or sitting up, and leave the bed open for transfers — the right choice for most people at home. Full rails enclose the sleep surface and are used where there is genuine risk of rolling out. We can advise on which is appropriate; note that full rails carry entrapment considerations and should be properly fitted to the bed and mattress.
