Drive Medical Poly-Fly Combo
The Poly-Fly is two chairs in one: a self-propelled wheelchair with large rear wheels, and a transport chair when those wheels come off.
Quick-release 24″ rear wheels convert it in seconds, so one chair covers both independent propulsion and caregiver-pushed transport. Flip-back desk arms and swing-away footrests round out a genuinely versatile lightweight aluminum frame.
